Money Return Policy

Our money back policy is designed to be fair and clear. You can request a refund if the service has not been provided. However, refunds do not apply once the service has begun. The reservation value of $20 is non-refundable. We offer a partial refund of the remainder of the payment if the appointment is canceled with at least 24 hours notice, and a proportional refund if canceled within 24 hours before the appointment. If you do not attend the appointment, we recommend scheduling a new date and thus the value of the reservation will be saved for the future service.

Please provide the reservation information and the reason for your request. We process returns within 5-7 business days and refunds are made through the same payment method used on the reservation.
